The Tod's Group actively enhances and promotes craftsmanship skills and 'savoir-faire' among young people. Since 2012, with the Bottega dei Mestieri project, we have created 290 internships, welcoming young talent into our production teams, which often leads to them holding positions of responsibility.
Their training is enriched by the continuous sharing of technical skills, experience, and passion for the craft of Tod's expert artisans. With Bottega dei Mestieri, we promote generational change in Made in Italy craftsmanship, a fundamental factor for its global success. #Tods #TodsPact
